The Role:
As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of advertising campaigns for:
- the RaiseMyFunds brand
- multiple third-party clients with diverse business objectives
You will work:
- directly with the CMO (strategy, priorities, decision-making)
- on a daily basis with the Content Creator (creative assets, testing, iterations)
This role is ideal for an experienced, performance-driven profile who is structured, analytical, and confident in making data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Optimization
Build, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (and additional platforms if needed).
Structure ad accounts effectively: campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creatives.
Develop and execute testing roadmaps (angles, hooks, formats).
Manage and allocate budgets strategically.
- Analytics & Performance
Monitor daily KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, etc.
Analyze performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
Build clear dashboards and performance reports.
Communicate results, insights, and optimization decisions effectively.
- Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with the CMO on acquisition strategy, business objectives, and priorities.
Collaborate daily with the Content Creator: briefs, feedback, rapid iterations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of paid media processes.
Required Skills:
- Advanced mastery of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of tracking: pixels, events, conversion setups.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with Google Analytics (or equivalent) and attribution tools.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels: landing pages, conversion paths, VSL/sales pages.
- Strong critical thinking and rigorous use of data.
Profile Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Paid Media Manager (minimum required).
- Strong track record managing significant budgets.
- Performance-driven with a focus on continuous optimization and results.
- Structured, meticulous, and reliable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong communication skills with both strategic and creative teams.
- Fluency in French is essential for this role.
