As part of our growth, we are looking for a Remote Accounting Manager to strengthen our finance department.
Key Responsibilities
You will play a key role in the company’s financial management.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing general accounting
- Monitoring and handling intra-group invoicing
- Managing and tracking commissions and bonuses for our partners
- Handling relationships and reconciliations with payment providers
- Processing and validating client withdrawals in coordination with relevant teams
- Updating cost reports
- Managing and tracking invoices and payments
- Preparing and finalizing accounting reviews
Your role will directly contribute to maintaining the company’s financial stability and ensuring efficient resource management.
Profile
We are looking for a rigorous, autonomous, and well-organized individual capable of efficiently managing multiple financial tasks.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree or significant experience in finance/accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (balance sheet, income statement, assets/liabilities)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of VBA
- Fluent in French and good level of English (minimum B2)
- Strong command of IT tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in payment tracking
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Versatility, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
Contract Type
Freelance (service contract) in France or permanent contract (CDI) in Malta
Compensation
- Attractive fixed salary based on profile and experience
- Performance-based commissions aligned with role objectives

Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
